Responsibilities

  • Direct multidisciplinary design coordination meetings (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape) to align design development with budget, schedule, and constructability constraints.

  • Led BIM-based area reports and create workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud, reducing coordination conflicts prior to construction documentation.

  • Partnered with project managers and estimators to track design milestones and support cost validation during design phases.

  • Identified site risks (including landslide hazard zones) early through GIS and code analysis, avoiding costly redesign and schedule delays.

  • Supported value engineering efforts, optimizing building layout to recover ~900 SF and eliminate a mechanical penthouse.

  • Developed real-time BIM data reporting (areas, program metrics) to ensure program compliance and client budget alignment.

  • Facilitated coordination meetings and design charrettes, translating owner requirements into actionable design directives.

  • Maintained model quality and consultant integration to ensure accurate downstream construction documentation.
